「The accommodation is in a quiet area. Room is small, but comfortable and clean. Check in instructions were given as the front desk has limited hours. Finding the hotel entrance was a little confusing, but it is between the 2 buildings. The garage is around the back with a very narrow entrance for a vehicle. We opted to park outside. The breakfast was a great start to the morning and located in a seperate building. Good value for the price.」

「El hotel es hermoso , el servicio del restaurante es excelente y la gente muy amable . Tiene unas vistas espectaculares .」

「Appartamento confortevole, Lorenzo oste disponibile e molto simpatico. Faceva molto caldo e l'aria condizionata sarebbe gradita. Borgo piccolo ma interessante, ottimo ristorante vicinissimo. Ci torneremo!」

「This place is a gem in Tuscany. Close to Sienna, Florence and other interesting places in Tuscany. Breakfast buffet is excellent and cappuccino and espresso coffee is awesome. Maria and Chiara are very friendly and had great recommendations what to see and best way to visit busy places. Highly recommended.」

「Decent, but bed was bad and place was very damp」

「A lovely room, hosts were extremely helpful, there some noise from the nearby kitchen, but this did not detract our enjoyment of our stay.」

「The location is impressive - right in the historic area . It is very authentic and atmospheric. It challenging in some ways. Parking is difficult and inconvenient. Inside there are challenges for older travelers or those who aren’t physically strong - difficult staircases, inadequate railings, uneven floors , etc. 」

「Staff and Host were outstanding. Everything is too close of the property」

「Marta and the staff were wonderful. The 13th century Palazzo was amazing The accommodations were very comfortable and wonderfully clean.Marta helped us with recommendations for things to see and places to eat.Breakfast should not be missed!」

「Perfect location, very close to Duomo and Campo. Comfortable stay. Our host Camilla was a mine of very helpful and interesting information.」

「This hotel is inside the Siena ZTL zone. We end up spending hours to deal with the rules, and probably will end with fines and insane parking cost. If you are driving, plan your trip ahead of time. The hours of reception and parking service is limited. For the € they charge, I would expect higher service standards. Bathroom is a little cramped, other aspects are good.」

「Staff were so lovely and helpful! The location was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. I loved everything about my stay!」
