"This place it´s perfect for someone who travels alone and needs a place to sleep without entering in to Madrid. The most inconvenient part was not having an elevator and carrying the luggage to a second floor. Since it´s located next to a truck facility, the trucks wake you up in the early morning. "

"There aren't many shops near the property, and it's not possible to find many things to do nearby, however the hotel is good and the breakfast has plenty of variety."

"This place in an interesting concept. Kind of a shared work space combined with rooms and apartments. I only stayed one night and thought value was great. The location is quite remote though, both from the airport and the city centre. It depends on what you need, for me it was fine. "

"Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee."

"The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel and offered good value for the price. The location was fairly quiet, and there is a Lidl supermarket only about 100 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, it takes around 45–60 minutes to reach Madrid’s tourist centre by public transportation. The main issue was the air conditioning in the room, which was not working properly and only ran in fan mode. When I asked reception about fixing it, I was told simply to open the...
