「Onsite parking and ramp to accommodation was idea for my elderly father that used a walker. The local shops were 1 min around the corner, with a well stocked IGA, a fabulous coffee shop attached to a very popular cafe/restaurant. Coffee was excellent and the staff were exceptionally nice. Only a very short walk down the hill to the esplanade around the bay, and then easy access to a beautiful sandy beach that provided a fabulous early morning or evening walk around the waterfront. 「We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. However, the room got very hot and the fan was not enough to cool it down. Also, the bathroom could definitely do with an upgrade. The plastic cistern was deteriorating and quite smelly.Despite this, we had a great time in a great location.」

「Perfect property. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was supplied. Maybe a couple of extra firelighters and kindling but we managed. So clean and new. Close to beach, jetty, shops and Freycinet NP. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Coles Bay」

「This house lived up to the online images. A group of friends shared a milestone birthday celebration here and we found the well-equipped kitchen and generous living species very conducive to enjoying each others company.
