"The property was as it looked in the booking photos. Very clean the first night was 36 degrees, the cleaning folks came out and started the heat for us and were very nice. We would definitely stay again. The pond was quiet, we couldn’t swim it but plenty of other lakes in the area. Would highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet."

"We had an excellent Sunday - Thursday stay at Greg's cabin during the month of August. It was our first time renting this particular cabin, and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for my husband and I as well as our 15yo son and 3 friends. Easy access to the trail system in Colebrook, we enjoyed riding our quads. We also rented a SXS from Bear Rock Adventures, a convenient 15-minute ride, if that, from the cabin. We food shopped before arriving in Colebrook. The kitchen had TONS of storage and a full-size fridge. Also equipped with everything we'd need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sleeping rooms met our needs. We happened to be there during a stretch of 90 degree weather; we were thankful for the ac unit in the room where my husband and I stayed (FYI, it was 2 twin beds in the master, but that actually added to our vacation LOL). We appreciated the stand up shower and toilet in the master suite so the boys could have their own separate full bathroom. The livingroom was just perfect for relaxing. We did a lot of nighttime reading and playing games, and the kids hooked up the Xbox to the smart tv (we brought our own Xbox and HDMI cable). The views are why we booked this cabin and they did not disappoint. An absolutely breathtaking piece of land with stunning views. Thank you, Greg!"

"This is by far one of the best properties we've rented- an amazing use of space, beautifully appointed with wall art and lovely furnishings. Quiet property, direct ATV trail access, firepit, ample parking for the ATV trailer. Bedrooms on three separate floors, offering a level of privacy not often found in this size home. "

Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. "The place is nice for the value. We were a little concerned when we pulled in. The outside of the home could use some iodating and new windows. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics for preparing meals. Check in was easy."
