Welcome to our cozy haven, nestled in the heart of a bustling, quite neighborhood. You'll love being just a short stroll away from an array of local shops, supermarkets, marinas, and banks, making this the perfect spot for both leisure and convenience. Though parking isn't available on the premises, everything you need is within walking distance, and the lively atmosphere makes every step enjoyable.

Welcome to our unique property, featuring three modern one-bedroom apartments with a large, three-story house on the same property Each apartment offers an open, sun-filled space perfect for relaxation and comfort. You'll enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful retreat, all while staying in a vibrant, multicultural area bustling with shops, supermarkets, and marinas within walking distance.
With high-speed internet, this is an ideal spot for remote workers or travelers looking to stay connected. Don’t miss out on the rooftop—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying quiet, panoramic views. Your serene getaway in the heart of the city awaits!
Guest access
The guest may use the entire space of the main house including both upper decks and the porch on the groundfloor. We do have 2 other units on this same property which is separate from this booking. The unites may be separately rented during your stay so there maybe sharing of the upstairs decks. If you are interested in renting the other unites for a bigger group please let us know
Other things to note
This property is gated. Were always available for taxi services for groups up to 12 passengers. If you do decide to rent a car’ there is parking for 1 car. Please treat the space with respect. If anything should arise we’re available 24/7 we live next door. Beaches:
1.Simpson Bay Beach ( Sandy Beach) is approximately 2 kilometers (1.5 miles) and about 25 minutes walking. If you walk about 10 minutes to the main road, you can also reach there by a public bus for 2$. Sandy Beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, beach bars, restaurants, and water activities.
2. Grocery Stores:
Carrefour Market: A well-stocked supermarket nearby with groceries, fresh produce, and essentials.
Market Garden Supermarket: Open 24/7, offering a variety of groceries and imported goods.
