「Josane is a wonderful host. Truly embodying the spirit of St Maarten as the "Friendly Island." The apartment is simple, but great for resting. AC in bedroom is ice cold. Neighborhood is not great to walk in, but if you have a vehicle, you should be able to get around easily.」

「Ana is an amazing host. Her reply time says one hour but it’s closer to five minutes. Whatever I asked for she accommodated. The apartment is very clean with all the amenities that you need. It was really nice and the perfect location for us. Her directions were perfect. I will definitely stay there again!」

「We stayed in the nicest studio apartment. It was well appointment with everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the beach only a 3 minute walk. The property manager Germain answered all of our questions timely and was thankfully able to rescue us from a dead car battery. We would stay again if the opportunity presents. 」

「We chose this property by the advertising photos. When we arrived our taxi driver was unable to find the building. Eventually with the help he found it. The apartment although was nice the whole complex was a health and safety issue it was still under construction. It was built on an industrial estate also where the cruise ships keep there containers. We actually did not stay because of issues going on. Having said this I think once the building work is finished it would be a nice complex just...
