「The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!」

「This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. 」

「I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The location is beautiful. Breathtaking views. I prefer a more laid back and quiet vibe. Kula Maya and the town of San Marcos provided that. But when my group and I wanted to have more of an outing, San Pedro was a short ferry ride away. It felt so remote and convenient all at the same time. On top of that, one of the members in our group suffered from appendicitis in the middle of the night on our first night's stay here. We were so scared and the...

「Me encantó. El personal muy amable, esta bien ubicado con una vista increíble y cuartos acogedores. El desayuno muy rico y en general es un lugar precioso para quedarse. Las habitaciones limpias. Me ofrecieron tour a rosto maya y fue una experiencia increíble. Me ofrecieron tour a talleres, pero esos no me parecio que valieran la pena por el precio. Aun asi, la experiencia en el lugar fue maravillosa. 」

「Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view of the lake. I feel the state of the pool and bridge over the pool should be updated. I thought it was a larger property than it was. Loud music playing by the pool and heard in the rooms until after midnight. 」

「Our room was fabulous. It was large, clean, had a nice shower, and best of all, had an amazing balcony looking over the lake. We also enjoyed the meals, particularly the breakfast and lunches made to order. The food was good and you can’t beat the views. 」

「A corner of heaven! A perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle from the main town. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s gorgeous and hospitable. From the amazing staff to the tuk tuk drivers they go above and beyond in helping you get to place to place. The staff was helpful in arranging my tour. 10000/10 I highly recommend Jenna’s B&B. You won’t regret it. 」
