This cosy rural house in Coin is the ideal refuge for up to four people seeking a natural and peaceful environment, next to one of the main communication routes in the province, the Ojén-Marbella road. Perfect for travellers with an itinerary through Málaga, it is located just 3 km from the village of Monda and 10 minutes by car from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande.



Built with a rustic style, this 70 m² dwelling offers a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The space is ideal for relaxing, watching television or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace that warms the atmosphere in autumn and winter, adding a cosy touch.



The house has two bedrooms: one with a spacious double bed and access to the outside, and another with a bunk bed and a single bed, both with comfortable space to store luggage. Additionally, it has a full bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area.



The private environment includes a covered familiar outdoor space and a fenced plot with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying with children or family. It also has outdoor parking and amenities such as iron and hairdryer.



Important: this accommodation is designed for those who wish to completely disconnect. It does not have internet connection or mobile data coverage, which makes it the perfect place for a digital escape and to reconnect with nature and your loved ones.



The accommodation is located in a quiet and rural area, very suitable for families and nature lovers, with easy access to multiple points of interest: golf courses, natural parks, beaches, water parks and attractions in the province, such as the Juanar Refuge (13 km), Fuengirola beach (28 km), Selwo Adventure in Estepona (42 km) and the María Zambrano AVE station in Málaga (42 km). It is even 220 km from the Sierra Nevada ski station.
