It features a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and an exit leading to a terrace. The dining room is separate from the living area. There are two bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, and the other with two beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules provided. Outside, there is a partially roofed terrace of 20 square meters with a south-east facing position, furnished with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and 4 deck chairs.
