"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"Logement correct, mais les abords ne sont pas entretenus : rebords des fenêtres, de la porte d'entrée, vitres. Il manque des ustensiles indispensables dans la cuisine : couvercle de casseroles, spatule... Il y faisait froid à l'arrivée.Par contre très bon accueil par Cyrille. Magnifique bouquet de fleur à l'arrivée, et des oeufs frais 2 fois durant le séjour. "

"A fuir. Réfrigérateur 12 degres en position max. Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle. Appartement très bruyant. Les photos du site ont plus de 10ans . Tous est très sale même la nappe de table , des araignées énormes installés depuis plusieurs années, la douche vétuste et sale. Lits défoncés . Mauvaise fois du propriétaire . Celui-ci considère le salon comme une chambre. Pas de serviettes de toilette. Et J en passe... Des photos et un rapport accompagne notre réclamation au loueur. "

"Atypical is a great description of the apartment. Really unique and spacious for the two of us. Modern or contemporary design and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was clean and seemed to be brand new and had what we needed. Communication was great prior to check in and also during our stay. "We stayed in Cognac for a few days and when I the booked this place it looked perfect but upon arrival there were some issues that prevented a 5 star review:The good: great location, quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, the bed was comfortable plus having a hot tub after a 9 hour drive was great.Needs improvement: the shower and sink area is open to the room offering no privacy. There were only sheer window coverings that allowed anyone to look in, if there had been instructions on how to use...
