GUEST CHECK-IN FORM:

You will receive a guest check-in form immediately after booking. Please complete this within 48 hours to fully confirm your reservation. We appreciate your help — this keeps your stay smooth and secure.



VALID ID REQUIRED:

All guests must upload a valid government-issued ID through the check-in form.



QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thank you for helping us be respectful neighbors.



REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:

For the comfort and safety of everyone, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

If you’d like to request approval for a visitor, please reach out in advance. An additional fee may apply for approved visitors.

Unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation of your reservation per our house rules.



FIRE PIT:

The backyard fire pit is available for use. Please bring your own firewood and ensure the fire is fully extinguished before heading inside.



PARKING:

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.



PET-POLICY:

This home is not accepting pets at this time.
