PEACEFUL HAVEN IN PARK LIKE SETTING 2 Miles from downtown COEUR D ALENE

  • I loved my home because of the large yard and lots of trees! Lots of shaded parking. It has a very quiet one bedroom apartment in the ground level with parking right outside the apartment door. Large picture window looks out to the lovely treed yard with patio.
    It's about 700 SF with a good size kitchen/living/dining room with a large bedroom and bath with tub/shower combo. Dining area with round oak table & matching quaint chairs.The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, dresser, closet,luggage holder.Living room has a love seat and comfy recliner. Wifi is available as well as 2 wifi smart televisions.I clean with no perfume non toxic cleaners. We use a Rainbow vacuum which is very good to control allergens and dust. No perfumes. No chlorox. Fabrics chairs &pillows sprayed with anti viral anti bacterial - natural non toxic products.. Personal bathroom supplies.

The place was in excellent shape, the check-in was a breeze and the couple of questions we had were answered promptly. The bed was very comfortable (especially the feather pillows!). It was perfect for our needs and we'll plan on staying again!

Quiet

Carolyn has a cute little place that is great for 1-2 people. She provided good information about the place, the door locks, where to park and local eateries. The area is in a general neighborhood, I felt safe and no one bothered me during my stay. The area is close to many conveniences and of course the lake.

Nice Space

I loved the non toxic soaps and cleaners. There was an air filter, the space was tidy and there were condiments, water, ice packs in the fridge/freezer. Bed was comfortable. There were beach towels and lots of little extras that made our stay comfortable.

Super Clean, I did the White Glove thing when I arrived, very clean. Only comment I have is it was a bit warm in the apartment, with no direct control to a thermostat. Also it appears the Owner lives directly upstairs, though not told this, however everything was smooth and well taken care of. Also, please upgrade your very small TVs to larger ones, they are very inexpensive. I had to sit on the edge of the bed to see the TV. You were very accommodating and yet respected our privacy. We appreciated the Quiet neighborhood. The Bed is only a Double and not a Queen. Bed could be larger to accommodate larger people. Kitchen accommodations were satisfactory. Do bring your own food , spices and etc.
