Great time!

We loved this property and staying here. We enjoyed strolling downtown and being so close to things that we were able to walk. My husband was able to take work calls out on the adorable balcony area. Katie was gracious and very quick with her responses. Will stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Nice location, but needs a deep cleaning

The unit has a nice view of the river and it’s walking distance to downtown village. We were disappointed that the unit wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. The windows were so dirty we had to try to clean them ourselves. The remainder of the unit also needs a deep clean, including the stove, bath and refrigerator. Overall we enjoyed our time in Cocoa.

Great balcony!

We loved our little condo. It had all of the comforts of home. Central air was a plus, instead of window units. The balcony was great!! The swing was my spot for coffee every morning.The neighborhood was quiet. We would totally stay here again!

Was an excellent property. Big rooms, with newer furniture & appliances, great deck. Good location. You can walk to Cocoa Village & it is easy to drive to other locations. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.

A gem in Cocoa

A great little place for one or a few nites. Very clean and everything that is needed. Great view from the balcony. Too cold for the pool during our visit but looked refreshing. Will be returning.

Quaint apartment in convenient location

This apartment was super cute- love the style/decor. We are in town to jump on a cruise the next day, so a quick stay. Loved how it was walkable to cocoa village. The map is deceiving- it’s so much closer than you think! Loved that. Quiet location, but on a busy intersection at night. Overall- a great location and would come back.

Amazing!

Parking directions were a little unclear (to me, my fault because I checked in so late) but once we got situated in the rental, I was able to re-read instructions and park my car properly (backed-in). My family & I had a wonderful time at this cozy spot! I will definitely look for this property everytime we visit in the future. Very pleased!

Perfect getaway

We LOVED staying here. It's walking distance to Cocoa Village with tons of restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. Lovely little condo with everything you need. Cozy and adorable. We'll be back next year.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and more roomy than expected! The balcony provided a great place to relax and watch the ocean. Many ammenities were provided. Would go back the next time I come to Florida!
