Memories made

This was the perfect option for what we needed. My husband and I, with our 4 friends stayed here for a night before our cruise. It was perfect for what we needed and it was comfortable for the 6 of us to stay for a night.

Lovely home

Vacation and Wedding in Cocoa

We had a family get together and wedding in Cocoa which was a great time had by all. We stayed in the " Charming Indian River Getaway" which was a prefect location near downtown and easy access to other locations like Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach. "This Old House" as referred to by the owner was quaint and well maintained, accommodated six adults very well. We loved the outside covered patio for family time. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed taking our morning walks on Indian River Drive and looking at the beautiful homes. If any of us are in the Cocoa area we will definitely be staying there again.

Great place near the water!

My family of 7 stayed here overnight before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Property was very clean and well furnished. Lots of supplies available to cook/clean with. Access to all amenities and a surprise snack waiting for us! Incredibly close to the water. Beautiful bath tub and lots of great places to eat nearby! Will stay again!

Excellent pre-cruise stay over

Beautiful location and home. We had eight people ranging from 12-54 and everyone wished we could have stayed longer. Very clean and happily appointed. We needed to contact the owner because we had an issue getting in and they were very responsive. The near by downtown was easily walkable and fun. Would stay again!

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. House is super close to the cruise terminal and was perfect for our quick stay. Communication was easy and quick, the house was clean and stocked with things we needed. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us! Was easy with kids, comfy and quiet for sleeping!

We stayed here for literally a few hours before our cruise! Very warm and clean. It gave the feeling of your family house! The hosts communicated everything to do and it was simple. Only negative I have is they keep the air at 78, and the upstairs was very hot and didn’t cool off! Even turning the air down! Other than that great property!

Lovely way to stay

Our group was needing a landing pad before our cruise. What a happy bit of serendipity, we had booked a different location that was unceremoniously canceled. Since I didn't didn't find out about the cancellation until 2days before our trip. I panicked. Thankfully Kelsy had this beautiful property available in wonderful Cocoa Village. The decor is cute, the house is clean, the location is convenient the price is perfect. Don't be afraid of staying in this lovely home.

Very homey & welcoming house within walking distance of Cocoa Village. Kelsy was a gracious & consistent communicator. Lovely space outside to enjoy the evening breeze off the river or a morning cup of coffee. Quiet neighborhood with interesting houses & gardens.. While many short term rentals feel sparse & souless this Indian River Getaway felt like a welcoming home. Happy to stay again & recommend to visiting friends.
