Welcome to our charming two bedroom cottage in Cocoa Beach, Florida! We are just steps away from the beach, so you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. Our Cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Screened in back porch with privacy fence all around. Outside shower. Smart TVs in each room. 5 min walk to beach. 1 min drive. Walk to downtown, many restaurants and even go fishing at the river.

Inside, the cottage is tastefully decorated and features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for up to five guests. The living room is spacious, cozy and inviting, with a couch, armchair, and flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are both spacious and feature comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and beach-inspired decor.



The cottage is located just a short drive from some of the area`s top attractions, including Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon`s Surf Shop, and the Brevard Zoo. It`s also just a short drive from Disney World, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation.
