「Very charming staff, great breakfast as well as thoughtful service, sorted a breakfast for my hubby to go and even remembered the order next day. Room was lovely and toasty, just what you need after a frolick in the forest. Slept very well. Lots of walks nearby, even saw owls. EXCEPTIONAL food, rare for these days they cater for folks with proper appetites! Loved the friendly field cat! Thank you for a wonderful time we loved it. 🙏」

「Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay」

「Stop over while visiting Sandringham. Ideal situation staff helpyroom ideal would use again easy parking」

「The staff are very friendly here with a genuine aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are set out motel style with each room having direct access to outside the property. Overall, the rooms are basic but more importantly, clean. However, for the rate I booked was £160. This amount of money, I found it poor value. 「Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.」

「Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel.」

「Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from.」

「I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou」

「Next to a very busy, noisy road. Cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom plus a long dark hair on my hand towel, which I wiped on my face. The staff were very nice and the food was good though. I wouldn’t return due to cleanliness and noise」

「My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...

「It was very convenient to stay here. Easy access to everywhere. People at the hotel are super nice. The room was warm and there is no AC.」
