「Hotel room was really nice and spacious. Friendly staff and helpful. Large carpark for your stay but no electrical ports for electric vehicles so not that eco friendly. On check out after a 2 night stay had to pay £12 parking fee even though there’s no alternative as your in the middle of the countryside so seems rather cheeky, also £1 to plant a tree, I didn’t plant a tree and then £12 service charge, this on top of the hotel cost and the parking fees. 「waterheadという場所にあり、amblesideの中心からは離れているが、歩いて15分だしまあまあなロケーション。 スタッフの感じは明るくアジア人に対しても差別は感じなかった。 朝ごはんのレベルは高く盛り付けは品がいい。 部屋はシングルだったが、ベッドはダブルサイズで清潔であり快適。アップグレードされたのかもしれないが。ただし部屋はロッジ風で宿泊客の通り道だったためカーテンをしておかないと外から中が見えます。湖水地方にしてはリーズナブルなお値段だったので、こんなものかも。セントラルヒーティング《ラジエーターと言いますが》完備。」
