"The hotel is in a perfect location right downtown. Hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I did not receive a room on a higher floor that I requested and the front desk staff didn’t really try to change our location. Our room’s carpet was showing wear and we could feel the nails underneath when the carpet transitioned to the bathroom floor. But all in all anything that we asked of the hotel staff they were very happy to help us with. Our balcony looking out to the ocean allowed us to see Sea planes land and take off! Very cool."

"Room was brand newly renovated. Staff was friendly. Accomadated in using my free night even though I booked through a third party! Only thing was because of Roku TV and the remotes all work the same. I think we were playing tv channel tag with the guy upstairs. Lol. Quiet neighborhood."

"The hotel was fabulous. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The only criticism I would have is the hallways were on the loud side at 12-2am. Not sure what the hotel could do about it if clients are not being respectful of their noise levels coming in at the early hours of the morning to the other patrons of the hotel?"
