"Walked into the door and BAM! Husband and started having breathing problems. My face started swelling and itching I have barely non existent allergies and previous history of asthma. It smelled so bad and perfume and scented cleaners. Walked into the unit. Dirty all over the inside of the front door. It’s literally a room with a bed. There is NO bathroom door. "This is a well maintained, if not underwhelming, motel. Parking is limited. Street visibility/signage is not great. Lobby is very basic. Bath towels are thin and small. Now the positive points: our room was spotless and well appointed with a large mini fridge, loveseat, lots of bed pillows, good lighting, and a large flat screen tv. Linens were changed daily throughout our 3 night stay."

"This house was so cute. It was perfect for our short stay! It was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked. The host spared nothing to make us feel at home. The communication with the host was early and detailed. I had all the checkin and checkout details weeks in advance. I would definitely stay here again. We were only there for two nights and didn’t get to take advantage of the backyard. The house is so close to the water that you can hear the waves crashing! Parking was spacious in the driveway. Only bummer of our trip was the beach and pier were fenced off. The road along the beach was under construction which didn’t make for a nice view. You can walk further down and get on a nice uncrowded beach but there was some construction on the actual beach you had to avoid. Since the weather wasn’t that great when we were there, we just hung out at our cozy little place. This place would be amazing for anyone who wants to curl up with a good book, play games, cook, and hang by a fire pit for long hours!"

"The location of this house is amazing to be right next to the ocean! Sunsets every night from the balcony are beautiful. One word of caution, no fault of the rental company, the 2 neighboring houses do NOT like the fact that this is a vacation rental home. Both houses have signs that indicate and the one neighbor is extremely rude about and will tell you that you shouldn’t be here. Even with that being said, we enjoyed our stay!"

"I have stayed at Arlene’s properties many times. She accommodated my husband and I last minute trip, she is always quick to respond, friendly, and cares about her guests. Her cleaning crew is also very friendly and they do not rush you like others do. Will always chose her properties first before others."

"Our direct flight from Honolulu arrived early in the morning so we were at the hotel about midmorning. We asked Abigail, the front office clerk, for an early registration. She searched and found a room for us. It was a corner room next to the elevator. It was clean and quiet despite being next to the elevator. Although the view was of some bushes, part of the highway, and part of the ocean it was a great room bc of its location in the hotel and size. It was more than adequate. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every other day. Continental Breakfast is provided daily. Other eateries are within walking distance and quite good. We ate at Breakers twice and had a dinner at Nicks. Some other Rockaway businesses and restaurants are in walking distance too. We would definitely stay here again."
