「Cute place! Super comfy bed! 」

「Well, I was excited to stay at this place. But, the door couldn't unlock. After more than an hour of trying with customer service and the handyman, while freezing, it was decided we were out of luck and would be staying at a different location. The person offering the second location said it would be a 4 bedroom unit but I could only use one room because the cleaning fee would be more than the cost to clean the entire first place just to clean an additional room.
