「Clean house, roomy, great parking. Nice quiet neighborhood.」

「Lovely house on a wooded lot - perfect place to call home for a few days while we were in Knoxville!」

「Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. 「This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary.」

「Clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming everytime you walked in, the furniture was super comfortable you were able to sit and just relax. We had to book on short notice on a holiday due to a death in the family the host was very accommodating we were able to check in early, not as early as we had hoped but early. After the days busy activies it was a great place to go and unplug and regroup. The bed couldn't have been any more comfortable than it was especially for as I have back problems....

「Really nice clean well stocked place with a great yard if you want to feel like you are not in the middle of the city but close enough to everything. Host was super responsive to questions too. Comfortable beds too」

「The house was perfect for my stay with my two dogs. The host was friendly and communication was great. Very quiet and peaceful.」

「The sub division is crowded but despite that it was a pretty quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Cayce was very attentive even though she was out of town. That's plus in our book.」

「We travled here with some youth from our church. Place was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Rooms were clean and it had nice large common areas which was very nice. Host responded quickly to my questions before booking and made the process quick and easy.」

「Nice tiny house!」
