JUST ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE Offers a 10 adults + inquire for details, Family friendly Lake house with a million dollar sunset. Make use of the front deck with beautiful lake views with gas grill and seating for 6 off the spacious front deck , or sit at the large dock with a sandy swimming area or enjoy the outdoor patio with brick fire pit. Fishing is great year round. The master bedroom offers a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed, both beds are very comfortable and new. Downstairs we offer a second full bath an three more bedrooms with 2 brand new queen beds .if your hungry our well equipped kitchen with a garland 6 burner stove double oven includes all the comforts of home, including a large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Seating for 6 at the out door front porch and seating for 6 at the indoor kitchen bar also. Only 5 minutes from Peek 'n Peak (Ski, Spa, Golf, Swim, Dine, zip lines , segway tours, putt putt golf and adventure coarse ) 20 minutes from Erie, PA or Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Institute. We are also located directly on Chautauqua Snowmobile trails maps are available. There are many wineries also located within 10 miles in northeast pa and westfield ny. We also have LOCAL TV, WIFI, NETFLIX HULU, and a library full of dvds to choose from .
The next door findley lake camp ground has 15 miles of hiking right out the back door. We also have RV and tent space for additional family to enjoy. For snowmobilers the snowmobile trail connects directly to a private trail to the house. Cross-country skiers have 15 miles of trails to cross country right out the back door. You can cross country ski or snowmobile directly to Pine Junction.. STRICT PET FEE: WE CHARGE 100.00 REFUNDED DEPOSIT ( THIS COVERS ANY DAMAGE THAT YOUR PET MAY CAUSE) WE ALLOW 2 PETS AT 25.00 A DAY . IF MORE THEN 2 ITS 25.00 PER DAY FOR EXTRAS. THIS COVERS CLEANING . PLEASE ASK QUESTION IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

The house was just as described and was very cute. My whole family really enjoyed our stay and there was easy access to Peak and Peak. The shops in town were adorable and we got some great deals. Will likely stay at this property again.

Great stay

We stayed here for a two night stay over the holiday. The home is well appointed and plenty of room to spread out. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location and wonderful view of the lake. Thanks for the hospitality!

Ideal vacation spot

This was our first year staying at this rental and we plan on being regulars. The property was ideally situated and the owners went out of their way to accommodate our family. We couldn’t be happier.

We had a nice stay overall! The house could definitely use some updates and better cleaning. The floating swim pad was completely covered in duck poop our entire stay. Only one of the two ovens worked (the small side) and when trying to cook for 7 people it would have been nice to use the larger side.

Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock. Highly recommend!!!

Golf Trip - June 2019

We had a wonderful stay at this property last week! The owners are very friendly and responsive to anything you may need during your stay. We stayed here 5 nights during our son’s golf division 3 college golf championships in Chautauqua, and it was a great stay for us!

Perfect lake veiw

The house and location is great! We had a wonderful time with family. Its in walking distance from ice cream shop. The fire pit was great place to set and visit everynight. Good time for us all.

Great girls' get-away

Very fun property in a great location. Beautiful view across the lake. Close to some shopping which we did. Nice eating accommodations. Very eclectic decor. Wish it had been a little warmer and a little sunnier so we could have enjoyed the firepit and the dock area.

Nice, well equipped cabin on Lake Findley, were able to ski right out the back. Easy drive to Wilderness Lodge in PA for groomed track skiing. Very comfortable beds and couches, kitchen is outstanding. The dog liked it too.

Perfect for Christmas brunch

We had an out of town family wedding close to Christmas so we had Christmas brunch the morning before the wedding. The living room was a perfect set up for everyone to see the grandparents open their gifts. The stay was comfortable and we would definitely recommend this site to others.

A little get away

This house was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and the whole house was decorated so nicely and inviting. The location was good We stayed 5 nights which was absolutely perfect. There is a nice size fire pit with plenty of seating capacity. The owner was friendly and helpful Overall we would definitely recommend this house.

Girls Weekend!

Our group of 7 ladies got together for a weekend of wine tasting, and reconnecting as we all live in different areas of the tri-state area. The property was just as described, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked, accommodations clean, and easy check in/check out. We brought our food for the weekend, sat on the beautiful deck with our morning coffee, and enjoyed the fall scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

Great lake house

Can't beat the outside areas. The front deck, the fire pit patio and the dock all with lake views. The house has plenty of room in the livingroom for rainy days where you still have Lake views from the front windows. We enjoyed the kayaks, the paddle boat and lily pad that was available. Definitely a little piece of paradise. ❤ Owners was Great host.
