The front desk staff are amazing. Our room didnt get cleaned while we were there. The guest rooms need a full length mirror. The breakast was good each morning.

This is a perfect place to stay for a getaway in Cloudcroft. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated or is new. You can walk to any place in town. Great place to stay.
