"We had a nice stay, staff was friendly, check in was convenient. There were some issues with wear in our hotel room, the coating that is on the bedframe was rubbing off and getting black marks on the sheets, the furniture within the room was dinged up, we had 2 of the same room type and 1 had a fridge, 1 didn't. Lotion was apparently not an included toiletry - there was body gel and hair conditioner next to our sink. We asked for lotion and extra towels, they did bring the towels up with no...

"The location was great for my plans. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of choices. Would recommend."

"The property was great for the price, the only issue I honestly had was the elevator. It is a sketchy experience whenever you are in it. However, it’s not bad enough for it to be a deal breaker. Overall the hotel was amazing. The room was cleaned thoroughly, the bathroom was cleaned very well, the location is perfect, near a subway station entrance, only a 12 minute walk to Central Park, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was also very seamless."
