Nightmare

That place because it should nor be called "hotel" is a filty place filled with mold, bugs, roaches, broken ceiling tiles and horrible odor. I had to leave due to the deplorable conditions and the front desk lady, who apparently live there with her children refused to give me a refund after telling me that Hotels.com will be processing my refund. Thar place should be condemned.

Furniture run down, unkept. Breakfast taste like rubber (eggs.) Bacon very greassy and not cooked throughly, no fruit. Cold coffee. Bed pillows extremely soft, that why the bed had 4 pillows on it. Mattress slept good. Chip paint cracked on the walls. Refridge needed defrosting, and it did not get cold.

Smelly, outdated, very poorly maintained and cleaned. Mouse droppings in the room, mold in the shower, stains on the bedding. Would not have stayed if I wasn’t exhausted from a day of driving. Went to get coffee in the morning g and a cockroach was crawling across the coffee carafe. Room was over 100 a night, very disappointed.

It was fairly clean and front desk was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Only downside was no hot water when we went to shower.

The sheets on one of the mattress covers had stains all over it. Slept in the other bed and the room smelled.

I drive a truck and needed a hotel for the night. Was given a price over phone and got there and they wanted to charge more. Wanted to do laundry but their machines were broken. Breakfast was disgusting, sausage over cooked and dried out, orange juice was water down, my fiance got cereal and the milk was spoiled. Only good thing here was parking for a semi and a waffle house walk to.

I felt unsafe at this property. Deadbolts missing on doors. Would never recommend staying here.

Stated good ended bad

My first experience here was a lot better. This stay I had two complaints, first house keeping knocks 15 mins before checkout (wait 15 mins please) 2 is a biggie 2 roaches crawled around the edge of the refrigerator. I never reported to management because I was checking out didn’t want them to think I was just trying to get a free stay but felt like I should put it here for you all.

It was a place to lay your head as it is one of the only hotels in Warsaw. It is definitely not up to Quality Inn standards. When we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes until a receptionist came to check us in. I noticed this was the case with all entering the hotel- a sign was posted saying "be back in 10 minutes" and to ring bell (which did not work for service). I called and inquired about the pool as a review I read said it was not opened for use. The person I spoke to said it would be opened for use 4th of July. We stayed the 4th-7th and it did not open once the whole weekend. The pool was in good shape, but was not cleaned out from leave debris. When coming down again to visit family we will opt to stay at another location (13 miles away).

Worst hotel I've stayed at in my life - avoid!!!

Disgusting and unsafe. Had two rooms, each door at a broken lock. One door would not close automatically; you had to lift and pull/push close. Stains on every bedding surface including a saliva and blood stain on a pillow. Ceiling water leak in one room which soaked one of the beds. Mildew growing on the bathroom vent and hairdryer. Very dirty coffee maker. TV was disconnected in one room. Hallway carpets were badly stained. Couldn't eat free breakfast due to concern about overall cleanliness - luckily there's a Waffle House next door. Unfortunately the photo upload capability appears to be broken. If you stay, make sure you have your hobo stab insurance paid up.
