Although the staff was good.they hallways smelled almost like urine. The tub faucet was broken and I pointed out to staff their were ants all over the jelly condiments during breakfast. Very unacceptable. (Not hotel) surrounding restaurants had very poor sanitation scores.

Cosy Corner Inn The Comfort Inn provides comfort & professionalism to all guests who reserve in the Inn. It is a hidden establishment pushed back from the highway, wherein you may bypass it on your initial attempt. I was greeted by Candy at the front desk; she was highly professional & informative regarding the hotel & eateries in the surrounding area. I was in the area for my brother’s funeral and stayed 5 nights. Edna, kept my room nice & tidy daily, for which I deeply appreciated her quiet presence and intuition as to what I needed daily. Staff was cordial and present and kept the outside pool area very clean. The free daily breakfast was delicious and the variety of options are superb: yogurt, cereal, muffins, pastries, toast, do it yourself Waffle, eggs, sausage or crisp bacon, fresh fruit ( Bananas, Apple & Oranges), regular & decaffeinated Coffee, orange & apple juice and hot water for Tea and packaged Oatmeal and grits. Now, I totally enjoy a light breakfast any day and Comfort Inn made it possible, during my time of bereavement. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for an adequate shower in the morning. My only Con was the carpet in the room and would highly suggest the consideration of a professional carpet cleaning service to treat the carpets quarterly. The damp odor may be uncomfortable for some; I used my travel size Lysol spray and my daily body fragrance keep my room COMFY.

Good for a quick trip to visit family

No frills hotel good for a quick trip. Cleanliness was good. Did not like the bathroom set up because the sink was outside of the bathroom it overall everything was okay.

Front desk manager was very rude as far as helping me with cancellation of my reservation. Told me the room would be cancelled if i didn’t add money to the card on file, yet the card was still charged and when i called about it I was given attitude and she literally fussed at me about something i know she said to me! Would never book a room there again!

A superb staff....... We are appreciative of the southern hospitality. Plenty of eating places close by the hotel. Pool was clean. Best hotel in the town in my opinion.

Close to family

Lengthy stay close to relatives. We have stayed at this motel a couple of times because it was convenient. It is also one of the only motels in this particular town. We do appreciate the breakfast.

Worst hotel stay EVER.

The rooms smelled of mold. When we informed the front dedk their only solution was a can if lysol, REALLY! The handle in the shower came off as I was adjusting the water. My sister was getting into the shower holding on to the grab and it came out of the wall. She fell and hit her face. Upon arrival I wanted to extend my stay, the clerk was as really busy we decided I would cone back and do it. When I went back she informed me all rooms were booked. Luckily I made my reservation online or offline would have had no where to stay. Then when had to pack all of our stuff to move to another room and then was told we had to wait until 12 or 12:30 (almost 2 hours). It was a terrible experience.
