「Rooms are in dire need of a makeover and update with holes and scratches in the sofas, beat up furniture and poorly functioning AC. The staff was outstanding in helping us move rooms. Great breakfast as well.」

「Pleasant staff - clean rooms and facilities - lots of choices for breakfast and snacks」

「Love this place. Very clean and friendly staff. Everything always goes well when i stay here」

「I was disappointed, the towels were not changed everyday. Trash was not taken care of. I was told the cleaning people did not clean room everyday. I had to ask for clean towels, I was in the inn for 4 nights, The cleaning person did not replenished anything. Not even the bed was not changed or made up,」

「No morning or evening snacks/meals or coffee available. Some sort of shuttle to restaurants, bars and the cruise port would be welcome, especially for seniors. Nice staff but not a great value overall.」

「The staff was wonderful. They were helpful, positive, and went out of their way. The hotel was beautiful. Best hotel!」

「Hilton Honors members: Realize that this is one of those "we'll clean your room every OTHER day" properties. Don't be fooled by the word "Suite" in the hotel's name as this is a glorified Hampton Inn - if you want Full service, you'll need to stay at a Full service Hilton or Conrad property. Parking is in a separate building one block away and the rooms and common areas are well-used for the young age of the property, likely given the very heavy family traffic on weekends due to the Towson...
