Well, I did know I was renting a 2 to 3 star property, so I'm not completely surprised by our experience. Everything was dingy and tired. The most upsetting part was the cleanliness. Like pretty gross. I don't keep any kind of clean room house, but this was pretty gross. Our feet were disgusting walking around barefoot. There was dirt, grease, and who knows what on lamp stands, the baseboards, the bathroom. Then the cleaning that's supposed to happen on Thursdays didn't happen - so they never marked our room to be cleaned. It wasn't obvious that we'd need to pay to rent kitchen gear, and the kitchen cabinets were gross (so was the bathroom cabinet). I will say it was safe, clean "enough" I guess, and the staff was responsive to getting resupplies. It was reasonably quiet by 10 pm, though we do sleep with fans/white noise (brought ourselves). We were there for a service trip and trying to save money, so it met our needs. I would stay there again for that purpose, but I would never stay there again for a personal vacation.

This was soooo much better than the week of money I wasted across the street. SUPER NICE STAFF!!! Really REALLY nice rooms, and the most affordable hotel in the city that I could find, and they were WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHER CHOICES!!! Thank you

Good for the price remodeling is going on right now and we were in a room in between 2 that were being worked on. Very noisy until 1 am. We didn’t complain They seem very nice at the Front Desk. The other Hotels close are 2&1/2 times more than this hotel. Good for the Value. Dinner at the Happy Moose right next door.

Great value for the price! If you want to use the stove or sink you have to bring your own pots or pans, cups paper plates, cups etc. it was clean enough and provided the usual motel amenities. It was quvk and easy and pleasant check in process.

The room wasn't to bad, but needs a deep clean. The parking is good and well lite. The bed was very noisy every time I turned it was known. It wasn't to loud had the normal noises coming from other people. A lot of peope sitting outside enjoying the weather. Staff was friendly as always. Plenty of walkable restaurants and activities. Safe neighborhood. Will stay here again.

So clean and so cheap!

My stay here was wonderful. I actually ended up staying a few extra days beyond what was initially planned. I stay at quite a few hotels around this area, and this one was by far the cleanest, especially considering how cheap it was. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for an extended stay.

The staff was friendly as always. Location is great and parking is great. The room wasn't the best. The bathroom needs redone and the whole room needs some paint and new flooring. The air/heating unit needs cleaned it had a weird smell when on. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet had a great night sleep. I would stay here again just not in the room i was in for this stay.

Convenient, I like staying here, my 3rd time, very good value for the money. Staff was friendly. On the down side, a little worn and room service is 1 time a week, I was able to get additional soap and coffee at the front desk.

Inside the room was run down and squalid. The good things were: no evidence of bedbugs, clean sheets and pillow cases, clean white towels ,etc. except for the human hair embedded in a washcloth, and secure locking devices. Outside was very nice with mowed grass, well marked parking including handicapped areas, and ecologically friendly "mulch".
