Lovely in Larchmere was a wonderful place to recouperate from surgery before heading home. Easy walking area, very close to parks, restaurants, etc. Easy to communicate with the host. Beds were comfy.

Great stay

Our stay in Larchmere was wonderful. Loved the quaint home and access to nearby restaurants and shops. We also had no problem with getting around without a car. Shaker Station was a short walk. Our hosts were easy to contact and we got quick replies to any questions we had.

Seamless and Cozy!!

Check in/check out process was seamless and very easy! Host was incredibly nice and helpful with everything we needed. The property was extremely cozy and was very easy to settle in to. Very clean and comfy, already looking forward to another stay!!

Great location, very closed to Cleveland Clinic

This was a great location, as I had several appointments at Cleveland Clinic. We like the neighborhood, the street was super quiet and the neighbors were very kind. The property was well maintained and super clean. We will definitely stay here again. Ken was a superb host and responded to questions immediately. Thank you!

The Property is nice, the host is spectacular.

This is our second stay with Ken. Unforgettable i was unable to leave a review last time for some reason. Which was disappointing because Ken was incredibly accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend a stay here for anybody looking. Our trip was for surgery at University Hospital & location is fantastic for such a stay. At the hospitals in less than 10 min.

Cute and cozy!

Such a cute place to stay for the weekend. Wish it would have been warmer to use the deck space. Owner knew we were getting in late so the lights were left on for us. It was much appreciated and so nice and warm when we got it.

Wonderful Hosts! Truly Lovely!

Ken and Kaye were so nice throughout our whole stay, any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and with such kindness. The space was very clean and just what we needed. We loved that it was outside of the city, so it was quieter, but so easy to get to downtown quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely being revitalized and all of the little shops are perfect!

Cleveland Clinic

We were in Cleveland for a family member’s procedure at the Cleveland Clinic this was very conveniently located to the hospital and affordable it worked out wonderful for what we needed would definitely book again. The communication was wonderful. I also love the fact that they are giving a new life to an older home and an older neighborhood seeing the value in the neighborhood. Great Visit.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved the location of this place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was a bunch of awesome shops and great food all within walking distance. The place itself was adorable and we especially loved the cute balcony. Very clean and perfect for our little weekend getaway. Will definitely stay here again when we are back next year!

Great experience and amazing host

We came for infusions and my dad and my self felt very welcomed. Everything was perfect. Our host was friendly, funny, and very accommodating. Highly recommend the place and location. Everyone we talked to was super friendly. Thank you again!!

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the area has lots to do with multiple choices for dining, and the Cleveland art museum and botanical gardens were wonderful! The room was clean and cute. The building is older and has a nice character. The only thing we wished for were more electrical outlets in the bedrooms to plug chargers into. The host was very nice and attentive!

Clean Top Floor stay with Lovely Porch

We LOVED our stay here! Cool ac units in both bedrooms and in living room. Comfy beds. I don't even remember turning on the TV because it was so peaceful there, but I assume it works. I thought the neighborhood was fine. Neighbors were nice. The larger area is definitely going through a period of rejuvenation. But the street we were on was just lovely and I love all those big older houses. It looks like the neighborhood is really taking pride in having them look nice. And there was a cafe in walking distance! My favorite part was the best porch ever, which was a second floor balcony and comfy furniture. We would definitely be back!

Nice Larchmere Get-Away

WONDERFUL place! Lots of space and cozy at the same time! Coffee set up easy, kitchen equipped but with all the great restaurants a block away, did not use. Nice bathroom and AWESOME porches upstairs and down to hang. SUPER helpful host. VRBO was glitching, locked me out of - and then deleted from the host - my reservation. I could not get access to entry information. My friend who was also listed as a guest texted the host through the app. We had dinner reservations and needed to use the restroom after a long drive, so time was of the essence. When the door code did not work, Kenya responded over the doorbell camera and addressed the issue immediately.

STAT CLEAR AT ALL COSTS! Book elsewhere!

Driving through the neighborhood was the first alarming thing to us; run down buildings, vacant properties, men loitering on the corners.. you name it. When we got to rental property Friday late evening, the code they sent did not work. I called them and was informed a new code will be generated and sent over. “Host” said oh it’ll get sent to you. We were waiting for it! And nothing.. I called and asked that it be read to me. So anyways we got into the apartment. Locked the doors behind us. The apartment looked NOTHING liked the pics. The pics showed bright decor and new kitchen… The place was not bright.. and the kitchen was dirty with used items in the cabinets. The door upon entering apartment had no lock, someone could’ve entered without us knowing given that the rooms are towards the back of apartment… I immediately contacted the app, “Vrbo” and we were on the phone and on hold for a total of about 2 hrs!! The rep said “my supervisor will callback.” No one called. I took ALOT of pics for evidence, because we wouldn’t even be able to get back into property if we wanted to, cuz we don’t have the new code that was provided to us!I spent majority of what was supposed to be a “relaxing” vacation on the phone with Vrbo customer service fighting to get a refund.. And they will continue to hear from me until I do.

Mostly good

Quiet, safe neighborhood close to Cleveland clinic. Comfy bedding, basic provisions great communication from Ken.Sun head, lots of trouble with electricity from the Internet, causing tingly feeling in his extremities. Unplugging the Internet overnight meant that the downstairs rental renters could not receive Internet. We went to where this would happen can actually entered our flat to establish the signal. also, the pounding that we heard as we left was due to workers putting on new gutters we just learned about it as we left if we had wanted to stay and sleep, this would not have happened. Cleaner needs to also dust all windowsills and under beds. Location was wonderful though.

Lovely in Larchmere was lovely!

This is a very comfortable and clean stay. The beds, pillows, linens, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Home was very warm and inviting. It was excellent value for what we needed.

Stay near Cleveland Clinic

I had to stat near the Cleveland Clinic for a high risk pregnancy. It was perfect area to get to an from hospital visits, and the property was set up nicely for what i needed. Communication with property owner was easy.

2 week stay

Communication with property manager was very good, especially after our rental car was broken into and damaged. She scheduled Ubers for us to go back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic until we resolved the issue with the car. Very helpful and accommodating.
