A great place to stay that has everything you could need close to Lee University and everything Cleveland Tennessee has to offer. Very safe neighborhood tucked in close to many big stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again

Alan was super accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated! Such a clean, cozy and adorable guest house! They had a beautiful yard as well. I had everything I needed staying here and the check in/check out process was very easy. I travel to this area for work frequently throughout the year, will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

The greenhouse was a very great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed our visit. It was very peaceful and clean. The owner was very kind and hospitable before and during our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel back to Cleveland :)

Quiet and Beautiful

Mr Alan was an amazing host. He made us feel like family. He stocked the fridge with water soda and snacks. The area is super quiet and peaceful. This was our best trip by far and we hope to stay here again.

Peaceful guesthouse, great location

Enjoyed my stay at Alan’s guest house located in a very quiet neighborhood. Was the perfect location to several state parks that I was interested in doing some hiking and fall foliage. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and fire pit located just outside the guest house. Alan’s accommodations and attention to details made me feel right at home. Look forward to returning when I am back in the area

Perfect guest house & host

This guest house was perfect for our needs while visiting family in the area. It is very cozy and comfortable with everything you could need. The host, Alan, thinks of every detail and provides all the extra touches to make it a great stay. The location is perfect as you feel away from it all while still being in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We especially appreciate that the hosts allowed us to bring our fur babies. Blessed Weekend

The guesthouse was a very neat and comfortable facility in a great little neighborhood. Very quiet, with hust the right "off the beaten path" mixed with easy access to all things Cleveland Tennessee and surrounding areas. The host is extraordinarily gracious and has a wonderful 98yo father I was blessed to have met as well. A very interesting young man... :)

Super Charming

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and Alan the host was fantastic, his communication was outstanding and his detailed emails were just out of this world, such a kind and friendly host. The guest houses was perfect for just the 2 of us and had everything you could possibly need. There was even a firepit area for us to use. If we ever make it back to Cleveland, TN we will definitely stsy here 😀

Wonderful stay

From beginning to end, Alan was so kind, in hosting our stay in his VRBO. I traveled with my husband and our two small children, and this place was perfect for us. The kids loved the refreshments that were provided when we arrived. Everything we needed was here. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck, bonfire & grill for a fun hangout. We also appreciated the extra level of security that was present. Cute little neighborhood that felt safe to take daily strolls. We will definitely be back! Thank you Alan!

Fun in Cleveland and Chattanooga, TN

This property was just right. It was better than described. Easy to find, easy to get in and out, plus in a safe area! The host communicated well and in advance. He followed up on questions we asked. We plan on spending time in the area again and won't look at another property. If you are staying in this area it would be a great command center for your vacation! It was for us.

Perfect tranquil setting. The space was perfect. Loved the inner “barn door” slider door as it came in handy. Up-to-date decor. Comfortable bed and couch. Privacy nice. Round house

Alan made it very clear how to get there, where to park, how to get in. The lights were on and the air was already going when we got there and we got in kinda late. The whole room was extremely clean and organized. We had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. There was plenty of towels. We had a grill and fire pit available on the deck. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering staying. We will definitely stay again when we are that way. Thank you Alan.
