Bottom line: I would come back here now that I’ve been. However, THE most difficult place I’ve ever checked into…by far! And I travel non-stop.
Pros: price and location were great. Apartment was great. Close to lots of great food and beverage and attractions.
Cons: check-in felt like a scavenger hunt. My grey key fob did not open the garage (all other doors/elevators worked). Check in description was confusing. Told me to walk past the elevators to the front entrance. Not necessary. The Euclid Grand reserved parking spots outside (described as temporary in the lengthy check in directions) are available as first come first served. Even though I told RAVI that I had a camper on my truck and needed outside parking, he or it (either AI or an overseas call center) did not give me that as an option. So I spent $10 at a parking lot three blocks away before he finally described that more accurately. Upon check out…my key fob would not open the box. Had to get a code from the instructions. If you expect to talk to a human being, do not book this place. Not going to happen.
