Charles the restaurant manager greeted us in the parking lot. Escorted us to the reserved handicap parking and put our luggage in our room for us all with a great smile and attitude. Our room was also super!

Comfortable stay.

A very comfortable room and a great shower! The hairdryer in my room didn’t work but they sent someone up with another which was fine. And they asked me to move my car from the outside parking to the underground garage. No big deal and I actually preferred that option. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Parking is always a problem

Parking reserved outside but on arrival we were told the parking is inside, it’s impossible to get a car into the garage without scratching it, so big argument before we’ve even got into the hotel. We parked outside. No food in hotel restaurant for vegans.

Très décevant et pas precisé sur Expedia (Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est honteux...la piscine et même le sauna/hammam son compris normalement) Petit déjeuner cher (18€ par personne) Le vanity set (cotons tiges et disques démaquillant), kit dentaire... ne sont pas présents dans la salle de bain, on doit le demander à l'accueil (soit disant pour la planète, mais surtout pour les économies ! ... le standing d'un hôtel 4 étoiles ?) Les plus : Décoration très sympa et couleurs pétillantes Personnel accueillant et sympathique Hôtel très propre Prix du parking raisonnable (12€ par nuit) et possibilité sous-terrain ou extérieur Bornes de recharge sur les 2 parkings sans frais supplémentaire Pas trop éloigné du centre (même s'il faut 25-30 min de marche jusqu'à Place Jaude, le tram est gratuit les week-ends)

Un moment agréable dans l'ensemble dans une atmosphère chaleureuse. Hôtel bien equipé avec coin jeux pour les enfants et un spa avec horaires dédiée aux enfants. Une literie haut de gamme et une chambre spacieuse et un personnel souriant et disponible Quelques bémols: le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré et les joints de la douche n'étaient pas de première jeunesse...

L'hotel très confortable, mais sur le site internet, il n'était pas bien mentionné que le spa n'était pas compris avec le forfait de l'hotel Les sommelières étaient très agréables et serviables, mais ne servait pas les boissons au bon moment, soit les apéritifs avant le repas et le vin en mangeant, car nous recevions les apéritifs pendant les plats et le vin à la fin du repas..

Très déçu suite à mon séjour écourté

J’ai été obligé d’écouter mon séjour ( 1 nuit à 130 euros) j’ai demandé à l’hôtel de faire un petit effort de leur part au niveau du repas ils ont refusé ils ont dit que cela dépendait de vous. Je n’ai pas voulu vous appeler ( hôtel.com) pour régler cela je sais que je n’aurais rien obtenu de votre côtés ( cela m’est déjà arrivé de rentrer dans une interminable discussion dans votre tchat …comme résultat aucun geste financier de votre côtés ) J’ai juste eu le cadeau de l’hôtel pour la place de parking ( 10 euros).super Donc très déçus à ce niveau là sachant que la nuit réservée et perdue à probablement été réservé pour un autre client le lendemain.

Plus que bof...

Impossible de dormir : insonorisation inexistante, chambre au 1er étage, au dessus du restaurant et des cuisines = bruits de chaises et hurlements d'enfant jusqu'à minuit ; réveillés à 4h30 par l'équipe du matin... Ne mettez pas a disposition les chambres au dessus des pièces de vie, c'est scandaleux. L'hôtel correspond plutôt a un 3 étoiles mais pas a un 4 étoiles. Couverture de notre enfant tachée, odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner non approvisionné... Nous étions de passage avant un trajet de 8hre en voiture, absolument pas reposant au contraire

Hotel spacieux et agreable en centre ville.

Tres bel hotel bien situé, un personnel tres acceuillant et des espaces commun spacieux. Les chambres sont vraiment confortables, il y a une baignoire ce qui est un plus pour moi et la decoration est tel que sur les photos(on aime ou pas). Le gros plus est le restaurant avec room service (compris dans le prix), qui est a un prix tout a fait raisonnable et bon! Attention cependant au joints de la baignoire qui etait noir a plusieurs endroits (dommage dans un hotel spa). Hormis cela tout etait tres bien.

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived. Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them. Staff was nice and we felt welcomed. Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

Clearly this property didn't require proof of payment as they charged my credit card almost $900 for someone to stay there after booking online with someone else's number. In the US they require confirmation of the card on record to check in which clearly they did not have.

Un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Aiden Aiden Best Western de Clermont-Ferrand : une équipe entièrement dédiée à la satisfaction du client, avec une gentillesse et une attention remarquables, de l'arrivée (parking avec place électrique réservée) au départ (check-out fluide). L'emplacement est idéal pour travailler près du stade Michelin, la chambre est confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable, et l'espace de coworking très agréable. Je recommande vivement !
