「It’s raining and storming in Dunmore East so we decided to duck into Strand Inn for shelter. When we saw the fresh fish specials of the day, we decided to stay for dinner, too. We fell in love with the staff and decided we needed to stay the night!! It was the perfect decision. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning before we headed on our way. Highly recommended!!!」

「二回目の滞在でしたが、前回同様部屋は清潔で、広々としていて、快適に過ごせました。一点だけ、チェックアウトの時に、Hotels.comで前払いをしていたにもかかわらずホテル代を請求されました。もちろん、気づいたので問題はありませんでした。また、機会があったら滞在したいです。」

「Lovely hotel, the staff were all friendly and courteous, beautiful room with river view, balcony and very comfy sitting area. Great breakfast, the food in dry dock bar was also lovely. The pool was great too. A really peaceful stay, would highly recommend it. Even with vents on it wasn't too noisy. 」

「We stayed in the cabin in the back which was…. Absolutely adorable and as pictured. I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay...

「Our 2nd stay for our return journey home. Love this hotel for its friendliness, hospitality and comfort. The Christmas decorations are fabulous and make it extra special. I have one gripe… Seafood Chowder, should include shellfish and smoked fish to which I was disappointed with as it only had white fish. Just call it fish soup.」
