The living and dining areas are combined into one bright and comfortably furnished space, featuring a dining table and satellite TV. This area provides access to the terrace. There is one room on the main level with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm in length, along with a shower. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a small dining table and provides access to the garden. A separate water closet is available on this level.

The upper floor consists of two rooms, each with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm in length. Additionally, there is another room with a single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm in length. A bathroom with a toilet is located on this level. The house is equipped with heating and parquet floors throughout. Outdoor amenities include a terrace with a south-facing position, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, two deck chairs, and a box-room.
