Escape to this lovely house in picturesque Clear Lake.

The two story Schoolhouse was built in 1870 and has been completely remodeled into an updated comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Handicap friendly parking is available on the west side. The first floor is handicap friendly with a zero entry bathroom and shower. A queen sized bed can be setup on the main floor if stairs are not an option for guests.

The rest of the beds are found on the second floor. The main bedroom includes a queen sized Deluxe Sleep Number Bed. This bedroom has it's own bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination, perfect for those toddlers needing a bath after visiting the beach.

The bedrooms all have blackout shades to allow guests to sleep in when the sun gets up too early.

The second area is an open loft and it has a queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 trundle queen bed. There is a bathroom for this area with a shower and laundry for our guests.

The kitchen has all new appliances including a 36" commercial range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. stainless steel sink and custom cabinets. Custom made Kitchen table can easily seat 10 guests.

An automatic coffee maker that can make a pot of coffee or use the Pods and make one cup.

A 65" LG OLED smart TV allows you to stream using the high speed Wi Fi for your viewing pleasure.

An electronic keyboard is available for the musically inclined.

A small desk and printer are available for those needing to work as well as play.

Three bathrooms total, allows multiple guests to have their own. One bathroom is on the main floor and two on the second floor complete with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each bathroom also has a hair dryer.

There is a patio area complete with patio lights, a gas grill and a fire pit.

This cozy retreat offers a soothing atmosphere for guests.
