This wasn’t the property for me . There were people in the parking lot both hours in the night. People asking for money and if we want to buy stuff Definitely is not safe for a family.

I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!

I had a wonderful time. I needed a quiet and peaceful get-away and this place was subtle and quiet. I liked the simplicity. Although the pool was under construction, the desk clerk allowed me to sit on the patio which has a nice view of Clear Lake. Sunset was beautiful.

My stay at Regency Inn was pleasant. Hospitality was excellent. The room was essential and clean, plus the bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful and attentive. I would recommend and will be back soon!

The hotel was very quiet. The location by the lake was beautiful. But when had first arrived he couldn't find our reservation. When we had got to our room I took a look around the room and saw hair in the bathtub there was mold in the ice trays in the freezer along with a very wet freezer . They don't have sheets on the bed it was just flat sheets covering the mattress. We didn't get room service the entire time we were there. We definitely won't be staying at this location again.

The biggest problem was the “check in” at the hotel was horrible. They claimed not to have my Expedia reservation information. I showed the clerk my reservation email and he demanded I pay him. I explained I already paid through Expedia and showed him the email that reflected the details. He refused to check me in and did nothing to try to verify the information. I had to call Expedia and after 20 minutes of talking to a representative I was told I would need to be transferred to another department. And of course the call was disconnected. Did I receive a call back even after I had verified my call back number - no I did not receive a call back. So I had to call Expedia again and verify all my information, then I was transferred to the other department, and after 1 hour total I was able to check in and get my room key. It was terrible on both the hotel clerk’s behalf and also Expedia (who according to the clerk hadn’t sent over the reservation information. Honestly it was by far my worst experience checking into a hotel and I have stayed at several hundreds of hotels/motels.
