Multiple Zones, Nice for Longer Stays…

This unit was well designed with separate zones. Nice entry/coffee station, functional kitchenette, full-sized sofa, desk and private outdoor area, safe for kids and pets.

Lovely unit, quiet, clean and lots of amenities!

Loved this stay, the pull out couch was comfortable and the unit was clean and inviting! Given it's location at the lodge, there was no road noise and the unit stayed dark with curtains in the am! Will be back!

No thrills

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. There is no view from the 2nd floor patio/deck. The deck faces the parking lot but the view is obstructed by a privacy fence. Standard bathroom with typical hotel amenities.

Suncadia studio

Nice studio although no view it was fine. Clean and in the Lodge so very convenience for a couple or a couple with 2 small children. Would have liked to have check in instructions furnished a week in advance for peace of mind . Instructions came day of arrival but everything worked out and property manager allowed us an early check in which was appreicated.

The condo was well appointed, great location, could walk to one restaurant, free and easy parking with EV chargers . Plenty of coffee, tea and supplies. It would be nice to have a dish rack to dry the dishes. Plenty of dishes as well but the bath towel smell weird, the kitchen towel was very stained. And the bacony felt very boxy with no view.

For such a nice resort, there is no view from the room. The ice maker is moldy. The owners don’t let you know of the strict 4pm check in time till after you book. Communications were not returned. Automated check out email even requested we wash all dishes. We have stayed at this resort before. We had a much better expierence that time.

You don’t get what you pay for

We have stayed at Suncadia numerous times but never in a VRBO unit. Now I know why. They charge Suncadia prices without the level of communication, cleanliness, or amenities one would expect at these prices. We could not enter the room until precisely 4pm because of “cleaning.” However, once we got in our room we found dryer sheets, fried chicken skin, crayons, and playdoh on the floor. In the bathroom, there was debris floating in the toilet and there were multiple stray hairs in the bed. Gross. As for the condition of the unit, the wall paper is peeling in the bathroom, the furniture is warped from moisture, and my absolute favorite was the blow dryer that was so broken you literally have to hold the handle and the barrel together just to get it to work. For paying a price that I’m not allowed to post (but that was significantly higher than the regular Suncadia Lodge rates), I would also expect a non-moldy shower curtain, sheets that don’t have rips in them, and a TV that doesn’t have a dent in the screen. If you’re thinking about trying to communicate with the owners of the unit, good luck. They don’t answer messages on VRBO and they don’t return phone calls. Bottom line, if you are going to spend the money on Suncadia, don’t spend it on this unit.

Wonderful 2 nights at Suncadia

We had a wonderful stay and found in exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend it and will stay there again if we are in the area.
