    This thoughtfully designed townhouse features two large bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed and private bath, and a second bedroom with a king bed, twin bunk beds, and its own en-suite. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space, and there’s a convenient half bath on the main level.
    Step outside to a generous private deck—perfect for BBQing, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the peaceful, wooded views.

Very nice property. Worked well for our needs. Loved taking morning coffee on the deck in the trees. Suncadia has everything you’d want in a resort. We didn’t have time to explore all. Maybe in the future. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you.

The location was close to Roslyn for lunch and shopping. The home was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The board games and very unique artwork gave it a fun vibe. Also the beds were super comfortable!

This was our third stay here and the property delivers each time. Thank you so much for having coffee on site. The upstairs is above the golf course below providing wonderful views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

We had an amazing time at Lonny's home! It was true to the pictures — very clean and well-stocked — and in an excellent location right off the main walking path. The king size bed was a nice plus. Lonny was a good communicator, and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. We'd love to stay here again!

My husband and I did a quick trip with my sister/brother in law and this place was perfect! The two king beds with each room having their own bathroom was ideal! The townhome was absolutely adorable, cozy, so clean and 100% would stay here again! Everything was super easy! Thank you!

Fantastic cozy townhouse in Suncadia

Our stay was great! The space was exactly as described and the host (Lonny) was communicative and thorough. The location is great for a winter get away - very close to a popular sledding hill and a very short drive to both the lodge and swiftwater. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Townhouse

The space was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the different games and activities for the kids. It was very cozy and fully stocked. Communication was great with the host. We would definitely recommend.

This property was clean and super convenient—within walking to the lodge, spa, Suncadia Social (with coffee shop, grocer, outfitters, gifts, and restaurants coming soon). It is also close to bike, scooter, and watercraft rentals, as well as the swim and fitness center—just know that you cannot use the swim/fitness facility (membership is required or you need to stay at the lodge). We had everything we needed and had plenty of space for four adults and a pup. The view from the deck is great. Furniture is comfy and clean. Decor is a combo of eclectic and mountain modern. We had everything we needed. As coffee drinkers we greatly appreciated the Kurig and pods provided. If you bring a dog, the lawn out front is great for potty time. There is nothing in the back for dog outings as it is a steep drop off—the deck is on the main floor and overlooks the trees with a peek-boo-view of the golf course. One person in our party plays guitar and we all enjoyed some acoustic music on the deck together one evening. We were happy with the accommodations. Would stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We truly loved everything about this townhouse! It was perfect!! We stayed with another family, and the townhouse layout gave us both plenty of space. The views are incredible! We truly enjoyed the mountain air and watching the trees sway in the wind. The townhouse is very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big family feast. There was also lots of games and toys for the kids to enjoy. Our two youngest kids really enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds and playing on the grassy yard right in front of the townhouse door. We also all really enjoyed checking out the fun decorations throughout the house and sleeping in the comfy beds! We will for sure returning and we would love to rent this place again!
