This was a great, spacious, and well equipped home perfect for a large group. Always a good time in Suncadia and this house provided a comfortable, clean and spacious place to hang. Highly recommend it.

House was beautiful with lots of beds, bathrooms, and cooking utensils/items. It was nice to stay in a place that supplied lots of laundry and dishwasher pods. I was able to keep everything clean and even had all the towels washed for them when we left. Working with a property manager in the beginning was a major pain. I will make sure to check next house I rent so I just deal with the owners, as that has always worked well.

Family reunion

The house was beautiful - beds are comfy, house is stocked and clean. However it was lacking in the kitchen slightly - it’s a big house but very little serving bowls or mixing bowls for making large meals. I wouldn’t recommend for school ages kids because there is no pool access and you can’t get day passes. Suncadia should really change its policy and give out more passes to vacation rentals.

Great stay!

House was as described and pictured. Lots of thoughtful little things provided (kids dishware, hi-chair, blankets etc.). Great house for a family or couple of different groups. Will stay again.

Company Team Building Weekend

Property was great. Back patio was a mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all summer. Gunk in all the cracks of the concrete. It needs a good hosing down. Tried to sweep. Didn't help much. House was great. Told you we needed kitchen towels and wash cloths. It took over 24 hours to get those.

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained and appointed. Out family had a wonderful time for my 70th birthday. We would not hesitate spending time together at the house again.

Beautiful house with a great location

Our family reunion (13 people) had plenty of space in the beautiful house on the 13th hole of the Prospector golf course. The beds are very comfortable (on the firm side) and the A/C works wonderfully (it was in the 90s/100s while we were in Suncadia.) My 84 year old father loved watching the golfers and the adults loved having a bit of yard for corn hole and ladder golf (provided.) The teens loved the bunk room and game room. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware which is good because even the express setting of the dishwasher takes just over 2 hours. Well-stocked house and great communication with the property manager. They even serviced the hot tub and picked up garbage mid-week (routine maintenance I guess) so it was a relaxing vacation free from worries!

Great place to host a weekend get-together!

So many comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and activities and outdoor space. Doesn’t hurt to watch golfers hitting approach shots into a beautiful green all day.

Beautiful Home!

This was a gorgeous home! The lights, indoor fire place and music was playing when we walked in. It was a great relaxing vibe to walk into for vacation! We loved this home because every bedroom had its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy! It was a couples 30th birthday trip! Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving ware. Downfall was the outdoor fire pit didn’t work and the hot tub wouldn’t heat over 96 degrees. Those are big amenities to be advertised and not work in a million dollar home.

Beautiful large home in Suncadia

The house was large and roomy. There were a few issues upon arrival (Christmas tree needles all over the living room floor, garbage cans in garbage room were full already, no paper towels and no extra garbage bags). We relayed this info to the property manager and they were responsive. The home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent “Retreat” for Families, Friends or Colleagues

Four of us stayed at Casa Mia for a work retreat. The house is beautiful and spacious. Each one of us was able to retire to our own rooms and feel privacy (the layout is excellent - en suite bathrooms are back to back providing distance between bedrooms) but we never felt like we were swimming in the space. The house is centrally located within Suncadia with easy access to all activities. The house is on the golf course which allowed us to watch the roaming elk and deer and get out and walk the neighborhood, providing a welcome distraction. Two things to improve, and this seems to be a property management issue (not the house itself). 1) Furnishings are almost too perfect, as though the house had been staged. The mattresses are so firm, it feels like you are sleeping on a slab of concrete. There is laminated signage throughout the house telling you what you can and cannot do (i.e., don’t put hot plates directly on the dining table top). 2) Basics were missing from the house like baking sheets, salt and pepper that was almost empty and a wine key. When we texted that something was missing, we were asked to check multiple locations that we already had and getting the item delivered turned into a bit of a debacle.

Beautiful House!!

Our family of 18 enjoyed a three night stay in this lovely home. Each evening we were in awe watching the elk graze just off our patio. We would certainly choose to stay here again. One improvement would be more kitchen essentials. A few baking dishes, and cookie sheets would be helpful. All in all a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful family getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of privacy, excellent open kitchen area, great game room, and beautifully decorated. Nothing bad to say. Would stay here again.
