「This was truly the worst experience I’ve had in my life at a hotel. Glad I decided not to stay. It was so disgusting」

「Comfortable beds, but desperately in need of updating, cleaning and general maintenance. To be fair, management told me they are under new ownership and working on updating, but I saw no evidence of this. And weed control and trash pickup should be easy. 」

「I booked this room for my niece and grand nephew and paid the full asking price upfront so they wouldn't have to pay anything at the property but when they arrived they were turned away because she didn't have $50 to leave as a deposit. Turned away with no other option but to drive the remaining 4 hours to my house exhausted and lucky not to be a statistic the response from the management of the hotel was that the $50 would have been refunded and there would be no refund for the room rental. So...

「Kitchen didn’t have anything and if I needed to prepare food would have to bring pots, utensils, stuff to clean with and don’t like just granola bars or cereal for breakfast. Only reason I chose this is because of recliner in room. My daughter is handicapped and has to sleep sitting up, otherwise she keeps me up all night.」

「This room was in fair condition. The staff was hospitable. There were no amenities in this room. No coffee pot, alarm clock, telephone, luggage rack…. Nothing. They also did not have continental breakfast or complementary coffee. 」
