"Hotel itself is good. The staff is friendly. There’s a lot of renovation ongoing on the hotel. My small nit is there’s not much to do in the area except for the casino. There’s a 7-11 across the street that is not so convenient given it’s a 6-lane road cross and no zebra crossing. But it’s the only place where you can buy anything. The water pressure is also too low (on the 5th flr) for the rain shower, but handheld one works fine. There is a shuttle going to a nearby SM mall but I didn’t get to...

"I had a long layover in Clark, thisnllace suited my needs perfectly. The hotel sent a car when I arrived (for a small surcharge). The hotel checkin is combined with their restaurant and bar, a well managed space. The room was great, large clean, and nicely equiped. The staff were amazing at helping arrange a return ride to airport (10-15 minutes away. All in all, a wonderful experience."

"I was arriving late from Korea. Checked my husband in at Royce since it’s close to Clark, so he can pick me up. We stayed one night in the new area of Royce. I was impressed how our room was comparable to some US hotels. Also, parking was free & easy. Was not able to try the Casino & pool. Breakfast buffet was good."

"This hotel in a perfect location to visit the casino's and the other high-end hotels. It is a lot cheaper but still very comfortable and clean. Rooms are very big and has two beds which makes it easy to stay with friends or a family. The have parking on site so that makes is also desirable. "
