「This was a fantastic property! Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry. Great property and very remote which is what we were hoping for. The host, Zach, was very friendly and responsive. The house is unique and very well kept. 3 couples stayed and we all enjoyed our get away very much. I highly recommend! 」

「The cabin was just as advertised. King beds were comfortable. Fully equipped cabin. Nice living area, and area outside to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Had a great park across the street totally shaded. Would definitely recommend this cabin. The cabin is situated close to the other cabins, but no problems with noise or privacy.」

「What an absolutely wonderful and amazing stay. Peaceful, tranquility in the mountains, yet still not more than a 15 minute drive into Steamboat. Just the right amount of rustic but complete with modern amenities and oozing with charm. It was so hard to leave.」

「My husband and I, along with our black lab, spent 4 nights at the Bear's Den, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The cabin is very clean and beautifully maintained and was very comfortable. 「We stayed at Riverhouse on a trip to Steamboat. We were meeting a friend who had a small dog and needed a pet friendly rental. We were so pleased to find Riverhouse! It is an adorable cabin with a real fireplace, lots of comfortable seating and super well stocked kitchen. Thanks for a relaxing visit to Colorado.」
