「Te Mahuru Tetreat is a jewel in Kaikoura’s crown. A perfect location, easy to get to and not far out of Kaikōura itself. The accommodation provides a high standard of facilities and is immaculate. It provided everything we need for our stay and the use of the hot tub and do some star gazing is phenomenal - a must if you are staying at Te Mahuru Retreat. Nothing is too much for the host and the breakfast is well catered. We had a very comfortable and relaxing staying, the only thing is we wished...

「Wonderful different place to stay. Small compact and impeccable. Comprehensive personalised checkin, comfortable bed and great little toilet. Very well appointed and loved the breakfast options in the the truck which included fresh bread, free range eggs, delicious jam, cereals milk tea and coffee. If youve ever wanted to stay in a house truck then stay here. Its very cool. Cheers」

「4 Adults and 1 child. Only a quick stop over to go whale watching the next morning (very convenient). The host was lovely. The cottage was rustic but comfortable and cosy. We will need to try and come back and enjoy the activities on offer. Recommend +++」
