"This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It was too hot while we tried to sleep. We needed to be able to lower the temperature to be more comfortable. We did appreciate the white noise machine just wish it was a real fan since we were hot. "

"Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and you can tell they’re very thoughtful with all the little amenities provided onboard. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back again!"
