The staff was great . But they had told us that the pool closed at 10 pm and there was people until 1 am with loud music kid running around our area around the same time . The room has a bad smell like old . It has a parking lot and there is a security guard.buy I don’t think I will stay there again

The property is at a great location. However, the WiFi doesn’t not reach all the property, the tv in the room did not work, the bed seemed to have been damaged and there were stain in the sheets. Price seems a bit high for the amenities .

I booked through an app and they refused to give me a receipt; there were two adults and two children, and when I asked for towels for the children they refused because they don't charge for children, the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, the facilities and furniture are old, at night there are bars nearby that play loud music and in the mornings at 6am you can hear church bells. Reservé por una aplicación y se negaron a darme un recibo; éramos dos adultos y dos niños, y cuando pedí toallas para los niños se negaron porque no cobran por niños, el wifi no funciona para nada, las instalaciones y el mobiliario son viejos, por la noche hay bares cerca que ponen música alta y por las mañanas a las 6am se escuchan las campanas de la iglesia.

Personel was very attentive. Food was walking distance and it was right across the steet from our tour company. Huasteca.com. Wasnt really a fan of the breakfast and i was a bit upset because the only reason i stayed there was because of pool and it was not working. I understand certain things happen.

I am used to different treatment, we only asked for a coffee and it never came, there were cockroaches, the only thing we received was the complimentary two drinks that were flavorless pineapple juice, and they gave me a ticket for all the stay for 6 thousand pesos and I paid you more than 440 dlls. Hace falta remodelar las instalaciones, el piso quebrado, el espejo del baño dañado por la humedad (manchado) la cabecera de la cama se cayó de donde estaba colgada de la pared y se escucha todo el ruido de los coches que llegan o se van aparte del ruido de la habitación contigua
