"Loved this place, and Dawson in general. Always love staying in historic accommodations. The room was fantastic, beds incredibly comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. And this place checked off the three most important things on my hotel checklist - clean, quiet and (as stated earlier) comfortable. Ample parking, and right in the centre of it all. I stayed during the offseason, so the Sourtoe Cocktail was being offered at another location, but this I believe is the in-season location. If you wanna do that. Which I did lol Was blessed with vivid Northern Lights on my first night too, so added bonus. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Couldn't complain if I tried!"
"We loved our stay in this beautiful log house! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the furniture and beds were very comfortable! There was so much beautiful art to enjoy. The outdoor space was wonderful! We enjoyed the outdoor bar, dart board and the hot tub! The shops, museum, saloons and restaurants were within walking distance. The place was well stocked and there was a lovely surprise waiting for us, which we appreciated! The host is friendly and responsive. We would stay there again and would recommend to friends. "
"A bit inconvenient as front desk is at other building, and found no one at the main location. Overall the place is decorated classic style and with very nice and clean room. But no elevators "
"A great spot. We were fortunate to have a lovely suite in the main building the first night. It was exceptional! Unfortunately we could only have it for one night and had to move for the second night The second room was fine, just not exceptional. Restaurant was very good for dinner. Dawson is a very fun City!"
