"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. "Nice hotel, pool was OK but was a bit small and dark. Parking at the hitel car park (under the hotel) was so expensive, advise to park outside on the road after 6pm where it is free. Nice eating out places within walking distance. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Would stay again."
