「The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I...

「Arredamenti e location bello e affascinante, il borgo in pietra fa il suo effetto, mi è sembrato però che la gestione è ancora ancorata a vecchie logiche, un esempio è stata la mancanza del disinfettante e la giustificazione "la titolare lo deve andare a comprare" (non hanno un ufficio acquisiti?!) o anche le grucce negli armadi che sembrano "recuperate dai negozi". La camera era un pò bassina e quindi fruibile per un terzo dei mq dichiarati. Non abbiamo usufuito della SPA, dalle foto ci siamo...

「Lovely place with a charming chef and great food and wine. Our room was on the top floor with a comfy balcony. We stayed one hot summer afternoon with wine at the balcony. The picturesque view of Montone was just fabulous. Thank you Giannecarlo, for the welcome drinks and all the service we got from you. We'll come back again hopefully next year.」

「I went to look for signs of Luca Pacioli and chose this hotel which is very close to where he ws born and lived as a child potentially next door. We had a top room which was lovely. Not much of a city view but v quiet and large and well laid out. Very comfy bed and was a great experience.」
