"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"Our host Maurizio, added quite a few extra layers of enjoyment to our stay. A brilliant host who went above and beyond to make our holiday truely memorable! We have invited him to come stay with us when he visits Australia. As for the farm house it’s self, an amazing experience to live like a true Italian. "Perfect location for day trips covering so many of the hilltop towns. "An absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful property. The host and the property manager were both so accommodating and helpful. We felt very safe, including pool safety etc with 2 small children (18 months and 3.5 years). Brilliant outdoor space which was all used on a daily basis. The host also kindly gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants and cooking class which we are so glad we booked. "We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

"fabulous hotel with the most beautiful aperol spritz I have ever had served by the pool, and that was only one of the wonderful things I have to say about this beautiful hotel. The staff were helpful and accomodating, breakfast in the courtyard outstanding and our room was divine. Cant recommend this property enough."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice make this an ideal base for a stay in Perugia. Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "

"We chose this hotel because it was on the outskirts of Perugia and it had a carpark. It is a lovely comfortable modern hotel. The room was spotless when I moved in, but the bins weren't always emptied completely. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. We tried the restaurant for dinner: it is Italian/Japanese fusion. Some dishes were lovely (the aubergine starter); but some were disappointing (my fish was overcooked); the others were also not enamoured....there are plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!!"
