Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in.
I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next.
I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know.
The rooms were tiny, and the shower stall had mold

Staff were all very nice, breakfast was very good, we didnt request makeup for room but hotel left a bag of fresh towels, coffee capsules outside door. Very pleasantly surprised. View and room was great, overall very satisfied.
